Return and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an order is 10 days from the date on which you received the goods, or on which a third party selected by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we received the linked goods. There will be no charge for any other refund.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to arrive in a return note, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The goods that are in the original packaging
  The following goods cannot be combined:
• The delivery of goods that are custom-made or personalized.
• The delivery of goods that by their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed.
• The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the shipment has been broken after delivery.
• The delivery of goods that, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items after delivery.
  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to confirm returns that do not meet the above return conditions.
  Goods dependent
  You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

  We cannot be held responsible for the destruction of lost goods during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend that we use insured and trackable shipping. We cannot confirm a refund without probable receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.
